Any advice regarding optional transfer within company? I have been offered internal transfer while i have been developing myself extensively for my current role and other organizations lack capabilities in the digital domain and for me it feels like starting over again. Also, the environment i am in have not been supportive for my growth. Any advices?

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.

My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"

Offering advice to job seekers who go around recruiters and message hiring teams, execs, etc. You are putting the Recruiters job in danger. If a Recruiter declines you or doesn’t choose to reach out, it is because the hiring team declined you, or you don’t have the experience. You will most likely not be considered for future roles because of this. When I see people giving advice to reach outside the Recruiter, it’s bad advice. Very rare is this a good idea.

Are any of you sleeping all the time? Like all the time? I wake up, get some coffee and then I have no idea what to do from there. I have no reason to be awake.

Anyone watch the clock tick away and have this endless dread of the work day starting like me. When I wake up on weekdays I dread looking at the clock. During the day I mentally start counting down how much time is left on a 30 min break, on Sundays it’s a whole different story.

Yesterday I officially got diagnosed with ADHD and MDD. I knew that I was feeling depressed but somehow getting diagnosed made me feel worse. I feel like I am a big failure. I had a mental breakdown yesterday night. This morning I woke up and cried for an hour at least. I had worse times in my life but this somehow feels like a trap I will never be able to escape. I’m so overwhelmed and lonely. Have no friends or family in the US. Don’t know what to do.

How have you combated your fear of rejection? I fixate on such small things as when my friends, for example, reject plans I have made. This definitely makes me more averse to putting myself out there and makes me ruminate on past perceived failures, which are clearly not good for personal growth

Why does getting let go feel like dying? I was so angry earlier at having gotten the news about being let go after 2 years and now it feels like I’m being crushed from the inside out.
