Hello, Need an advice on my offer from Deloitte. I am on OPT and looking for H1B sponsorship this year, recruiter said they will do it but I am wondering if I join after 2 weeks will they be able to do it as there won’t be much time left. My current company will file H1 for me. I got an offer for a consultant role at D with 25$k extra than my current salary and 10$k sign in bonus but I am currently working as a Sr Con. Is it advisable to take a risk in my case considering H1 as a priority?

Just saw a post on LinkedIn where the ECD of a mid-sized agency praised a large group of employees showing up to a shoot and acting as extras and principals for free for a client spot. He is super proud that for the team rallying together for work that “wasn’t even that interesting”…This doesn’t read as teamwork to me, it reads as the client exploiting the agency and the agency exploiting it’s workers…it’s a job not a school project? Has anyone ever worked at an agency in which the project management department was properly utilized? I traditionally was brought up in my career where PM type tasks were handled by lower level AMs. I have observed separating AM and PM tasks into two separate departments just causes communication issues and lazy account people. Account people should have a good understanding of how much effort and time goes into a project. Project Managers are missing a lot of context so blind leading blind.
