What’s your level and what is the CAGR of your salary since you’ve started? Mine is 17% two years in PA (excluding bonus — 21% if you include)

I got rejected for an interview from Big 4 NY Audit, even had referrals from Manager + level people. 3 years w/ audit senior at mid size firm, 2 years fed tax at big 4, and 1.5 years Internal Audit healthcare.
