McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

Salary credit timings? Icici bank
Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

For me personally, I like virtual events when they let people just talk and maybe use some activity to facilitate that (e.g., build your own pizza kits via mail). I do not like all these Zoom games. It’s stressful and boring usually.
It can happen after awhile because people get bored, but if there’s a prepared activity/conversation, usually that helps structure it so those awkward silences happen less.
My team recently did a virtual event with kumospace and it was actually pretty cool. Basically a video conference but you are in a virtual office, and can move around with the keyboard. You can only hear people close to you in the virtual office
I checked kumospace out, it totally looks cool! Did you guys do any types of events in the space?

Try a coworking call. It’s weird but allowing people to work while on Zoom can allow for silence. If they have a comment or a question, they just ask. It takes the pressure off being 100% engaged but also allows them to show their personality.

My friend’s company has been doing tastings for all different types of food/drink. He and his co-workers love them. They are sent in the mail and an expert from that brand/company leads it. He has gotten to taste a lot of interesting things and it gives his company something to talk about leading up to and after each event.
One thing I will add is that I hate networking events after work or after a long day. Have it during lunch and let people order lunch or end the day early for the event so people are actually excited for it and have the energy
