Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!

I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

My fiancé got approached for a Sales Executive Role at Instacart. Anyone have any insight into the company, job security, culture etc? They mentioned 100k base, 40-60% variable comp and an undisclosed equity grant. She’s already making 130k in a very secure job, so we are thinking no, but want to do our homework first.

You would get around $200-220K at most Tech firms and only get the post MBA role rather than MBA+1 level with 1.5 years and no EM promote.
It’s not worth it to bring you in at MBA+1 when your class hasn’t been promoted yet and piss off everyone in your class.
If you got the EM promote you could do $250-300K.
Thanks so much for your reply, super helpful! : ) Sounds like the comp would be insane compared to what I’m used to and something I should consider.
At Amazon you should be looking at Manager level roles (Manager, XYZ function). This is one level above Senior PM (called an L6.5, because it’s between an L6 and L7. Basically like a team lead).
I’d expect between $140-150K+ base depending on area, $60-90K+ sign on bonus split over years, $200K+ RSU. Again it depends where and whether technical or non tech.
K1 - how about 6 YOE, no MBA
Looking at non tech roles if that makes a difference
There’s a lot. General product/program roles, back office functions, Supply chain/Ops. Biggest area is Retail (vendor management, marketing, instock/supply chain, etc). It’s a huge company with lots of stuff to get done and new initiatives to launch.
