How great is it to go back to college campus for the start of Fall interviews... this time as an interviewer! 😀 This is going to be fun.
Got a 730 on GMAT 3 years ago (applying to top 10 MBAs next year). Should I retake if I'm confident it will be 750 or higher? Engineering undergrad GPA was 3.3 so I'm worried about offsetting that.
Deloitte and EY, what are your benefits like? I currently get 5 weeks PTO and 100% match up to 6% 401K. I want to start applying elsewhere since I'm underpaid but base salary isn't everything
What are some creative ways you have gotten out of the client's site to attend an interview that could potentially be 2 hours long?
Is the fact that your firm does not reimburse lunch expenses on the road a good enough reason to start interviewing elsewhere?
Everyone gets asked but curious on best responses to the interview question, "What's your biggest weakness?", especially on an interview to leave consulting

Stupid question, but when applying to jobs in industry..Do they know that applause awards are BS? Thinking about listing it in my accomplishments. But I know they are stupid so I'm torn.
How hard is the path moving from tech Consulting to Product companies like Amazon, Facebook and the likes. Do such companies value the consulting company tag??? Is it easy to get interview calls ?
When your counselor tells you didn't get promoted to manager at Deloitte and an EY calls that afternoon and schedules an interview for a manager position. Coincidence? Fate?
My roommate is ticked because I may have accidentally thrown out his notebook with interview notes while cleaning. I feel bad, but he never cleans and leaves his shit out. Am I wrong?
Going into my second interview at an industry job, recruiter asked for my base salary at PwC. Do I fluff it up a bit or tell them straight up what it was?
That time you got so fed up at work that you start applying for other jobs on your work computer out of spite

How great would office emojis be in this app?
Soooo at today's morning status meeting our shitty SM was absolutely railing a consultant. Consultant stands up and says, "Fuck you. You're an asshole. I'm done here." And walks out. 😳...👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Life is interesting. Had a messed up childhood, <2.0 GPA in high school, dropped out of community college, finagled my way into IT consulting starting at $50k, worked up to $120k, completed my bachelors online last year, just started a Sr. Cons in Strategy role for $160k.
Big 4 being able to do strategy is a bigger lie than " you can keep you're Doctor " ....thanks Obama
I consider myself a gen xer. I feel that in the past, longevity and loyalty to a company was the trend. Now, i see ppl with resumes and they stay for less than a year in a job and change jobs constantly. The younger generation and are so eager to move up the ladder. I wonder if the move up is too fast and is really justified. Or perhaps the younger generation feels a lot more entitled and are more aggressive. Thoughts?
