I have 12 years of experience.. in all interviews I really does well except writing sql queries.. though I have 12 years of sql experience whenever they ask in interviews to write even basic queries I will get nervous and my mind goes blank.. how to overcome this problem? Left a career in banking for consulting. Ended up working on M&A post merger/Documentation as I’ve experience in the field. Life is funny.

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?
