Don’t stay at a Marriott and you’ll find nice hotels in that range

What's your budget?

Preferably <$500 per night

Westin Vendome if you want to be by the tourist spots, the rooms are dated and nothing special.

I stayed at the Renaissance Republique a couple of months ago, much nicer rooms and very close to Le Marais neighborhood, which I preferred.

Per the earlier suggestion, don’t restrict yourself to Marriott if not paying by points and you may be able to get better value for your money.

Skip the hotel and grab a flat in Le Marais. Otherwise you’re looking at a Moxy

Yeah! I think I am going to stay away from Marriott hotels. Probably will book a nicer Accor hotel.

Hotel de Louvre

AirBnB has a wide range of options

So, recently got phished while staying at Marriott Peachtree Hotel in ATL. Received call to my room at 12:30 am from the “GM” who knew my name (and room number obviously). Didn’t feel right and the night manager said the GM called and told him I would likely come down upset. He then said the issue was resolved and dismissed the situation. Sure enough, it was fraud and charges began to come in. I received 105k points but feel it should be more. What amount of points have you received and what’s?

Hi, I'm an employee at a hotel chain who works remotely. I've been working remotely for over a year now and I love it! The company I work for is very supportive of remote workers, which is great.

But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. My plan moving forward is to only focus on the top revenue driving product launches for now and say “no” to basically everything else. Would love to hear from anyone who has been in a similar situation and can offer some advice.
