Fishes, Anyone aware of the relocation assistance provided by Wells Fargo . Is that provided as as whole or only after submitting the required bills and docs.
Asking because Deloitte credited 40k relocation assistance without any bills even though it was mentioned in the offer that bills were necessary.
Can anyone please help? Wells Fargo

Their growth model involves acquiring lots of other firms so your experience can vary widely depending on the office. Some are still transitioning tech.
We have annual trainings for all LOS. For audit, once at the experienced in charge level and above, it’s a national conference. Below that it is regional. All of which is robust and, at the conferences, you can choose classes relevant for you. For consulting, there is an annual conference that everyone attends (this is new for 2020 so TBD if everyone likes it). Not sure the exact set up for tax, but I do know they go for training for their levels.
Benefits are comparable to every other firm, with the probably exception of discounts and/or health and fitness club reimbursements (discounts are probably better at big 4 because it’s more of a scale, and as far as I am aware RSM doesn’t have a fitness reimbursement. However, we do have a benefits marketplace that does have discounted items and services).
I agree with the sentiment above that culture can and does vary wildly between offices (due to acquisitions) and even teams within offices. However, I don’t think that’s uncommon among other firms either.
Tech is meh. Audit tech is pretty decent, and we do have access to both internal guidance and ARM. Consultant tech varies between the different services / sub-lines so you’d have to ask specifically. Tax also has good tech, but again, not aware of specifics.
Also, interested in your training and development programs. Do you have annual trainings for specific service lines?
I came from pwc to rsm. It’s not as robust as it was at pwc. But I make a lot more and i Jones a group that is growing.
