How is performance measured at MBB?
I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @

As I’m checking out for vacancies, I can’t see any at the moment. Usually there’s a timing for when do they open. Any idea? Bain & Company McKinsey & Company Boston Consulting Group Kearney Roland Berger Oliver Wyman Arthur D. Little Limited

Good luck this week, everyone.

Anyone from EY willing to refer me? Thanks!
Hello! Anyone work at GE Healthcare?
EY 🐠: technically will get info via recruiter this week but curius how is the onboarding process? Havent gotten the background check yet. I start in November. Trying to understand the timing of recruiters sending out links for on onboarding. Also, in my application on Careers Page, it still says, “In technical interviews” even though my recruiter has already sent me Offer Terms. Is this anything to worry or am I just overthinking?

There’s no magic trick. Focus on impact of what you did rather than what you did. That’s about it - same as any other resume.
Thank you!
^ especially quantitative impact (cost / risk reduction, metrics of impact of delivery, operational efficiency, etc)
Thank you!
Personally, I’d aim to also add the leadership lens anywhere you can as well. “Led client team of 5 marketing professionals to bring new xyz online...ultimately delivering abc value...”; “Initiated [internal office activity, affinity group]”; etc.
Also, would stress the importance of having a solid parallel structure (e.g. consistency in tenses / formatting, varied verbs used to describe what you did and the impact, etc.), in addition to what the folks above mention. Having been through experienced hire recruiting internally, and seen a bunch of resumes in the process, would say there is usually a clear sense of a great v. an average resume. If anyone is on the fence about offering an interview, I find it easier to make a push for a candidate with great content and strong delivery on the resume than one with great experience alone. Just my $0.02 though. Best of luck to you OP!
This is super helpful. Thank you!
