AlixPartners can you please share about the TC and WLB for new parents?
I'm approached by the AP recruiter and in the final interview process for an SVP role (digital practice).
Already have two other offers (Strategy @ Walmart, 300K TC, and Marketing@ Amazon, 220K TC). 10 YOE
1. Will AP's SVP TC be higher than $300K? What's the breakdown?
2. Would you choose AP over Strategy @ Walmart or Marketing @ Amazon?
3. How difficult is it for new parents? I still want to spend time with my newborn.

I've been working in HR operations for the past 3 years. Total work experience being 3.10 years. My current CTC is 6 LPA. I'm looking to change companies and want to get into a decent MNC. Will I be able to get a 70-80% hike taking into consideration my experience matches the profile?
Any advice on which profiles and companies to apply for? And any advice on how to grab a job at Amazon for the same would be perfect.

I flunked out of nursing school during my second semester of clinicals and went to accounting 😂
I aced all the classes, loved the nursing knowledge, but was not good at DOING it or interacting with the people. The extra A&P, nursing, and pharmacology classes have served me well through the years, so it wasn't a complete waste 🤷♀️
Not completely unrelated but not accounting, BSc in Finance and Banking. I just had to do some extra credit courses in accounting when sitting for CPA exams
Same for me, undergrad in Finance and postgrad in Accounting. I just happen to land an accounting job before graduating with my undergrad and didn’t have another route planned.
My doctor was a CPA and decided to become a physician. I tell her all the time I don’t trust her because I’m professionally skeptic 😂🤣
