Wew that's low for a director
Would not take. You’d be able to make $200-250K + Stock options at other places.
For Seattle comp feels a bit soft. What’s the culture like?
Sounds like an old school mfg shop unless you’re taking about Boeing
Lots of acquisitions coming up with good opportunities to grow and move around functions/roles.
Y’all are ungrateful. hit me up I’ll do your directing for you
In industry, Director is pretty high up so having said such, $150K base isn’t much. That’s what a senior consultant or manager in consulting would make. The market rate of a director level PMO at a Fortune 500 company is at least $200K.
Alright how about Sr. PMO Analyst or Sr Program Manager title? I would take Sr. Consultants or a Consultant with right experience
What is this company where you can change the job title from director to analyst? Doesn’t seem like you’ll be successful on here
Fine Deloitte 1, you're a Permanent Intern PMO analyst, same salary! Happy now?
The PMO intern role is also known as CEO
150k is super low. Early career managers will make that money at most consulting firms there. And Seattle tech firms will pay so much more in stocks to someone who could go in at Director level.
Has to be 200-250k to even be enticing to go to manufacturing shop.
