I don’t see myself long term in this area and am interested in pivoting to strategy and potentially business school along the way. When I am looking at an email attachment in Outlook it shows the Google Chrome logo but when I open, it opens in Adobe which is what I want. Even though it is opening an Adobe, my boss would like it to show the Adobe icon instead of chrome next to the attachment… anyone know how to do this ?

Things have been super stressful at work lately for a variety of reasons & a couple of weeks ago I decided to raise the issues with my Creative Director.
For context, he’s the reason for a lot of these problems and I (tactfully, I think) said as much. He listened to me patiently but took no responsibility and deflected blame with every issue raised.

I don't think it's in-house agencies or marketing consultancies crippling our industry right now. Both are still rare instances. I think the dusty holding company business model is the MAIN culprit.
