- Fantastic WLB: 35-40hrs normal, and never more than 50 (and people will check in on you if you do lol)
- Generous time off: ~6-7 weeks is the norm, I’m taking 9 this year
- Flexible remote work: Offices are open, but no formal return to office as of now
- Lots of other random benefits/perks like wellness stipends and fully paid for annual getaways per office for you and a +1
Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Not the requested target but I just went through there interviewing process and turned down their offer. What are you interested in?
KPMG1 PE clients are only a part of the client base. You'll have plenty of non PE exposure. Biotechnology and Tech for example as well as public cos.
Also curious here. Beginning the interview process, same with business transformation…
I just started the interview process with my introductory call coming up and wanted to learn more about it, could you possibly message me cause I don't have enough hearts to send a dm...
Feel free to DM me, as well. I joined BT from PwC Deals a few months ago and have enjoyed it so far. Much better work life balance. Slightly lower base comp, but the OT and discretionary bonuses should put me even with PwC comp. Only difference is I average 45 hours per week vs 60.
To those who accepted offers, how is travel in the BT group right now?
I told them I have no intention to travel and they have respected that
I’ve enjoyed my time at CFGI within the Business Transformation (BT) group. The team is very friendly and collaborative. The group also prides itself on being entrepreneurial and innovating the practice through Product Development Teams. I have also had good projects where I was able to grow and develop as a professional.
