Anyone could share Tax Manager salary with mid size firms RSM/BDO/Crowe/GT etc in the Dallas market?

Currently sitting on an offer for a intro/mid-level design engineer in the Raleigh-Durham Area and wanted to get an idea of the average paybands, online sites have such a large range (50k-400k) that it is hard to narrow in on a price to start negotiating

Anyone have a recent Canadian ad salaries survey they can share? Or the APG Canada Salary Survey that still hasn’t been shared publicly yet? Worked to the bone and underpaid, and since no one seems to be hiring planners atm, trying my best to get paid (at least closer to) what I’m worth and any evidence of salary bands per title helps. Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?

What is Op Transfer Pricing

Am I understanding utilization rate correctly? It’s chargeable time over total time? Charged 40 hours and had 10 hours non-charge so my utilization is 80%? If so, wouldn’t it benefit me to understate non-charge hours so my utilization is higher since they only really care about chargeable time anyways? Charge 40 hours still but only put 5 hours non-charge for utilization to be 89% instead of 80%? Or am I misunderstanding how utilization works?
