I’m feeling stagnant in my career and looking for ways to grow. I was considering obtaining a PMP certification and wondering how impactful this is. Is this certification well recognized?

Can I tell the new firm I am about to join (received offer) that I have 3 months notice period and in actual serve only 1 month notice.
Will they get to know? I am switching jobs first time (got placed after MBA), so not sure how processes work.

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
