well look at you, the getting hit up by recruiters person 😡
I didn’t take it as a brag. Recruiters have been hitting me up nonstop as well for a few months. I tell them “______ sounds amazing but I’m in the middle of finishing some projects. But the situation can change quick and would love to stay n touch!” Recruiters are usually very receptive and you are now on their radar. Hope that helps.
So many recruiters lately. Maybe people have their 2021 budgets set and are staffing for it before they hit pause in the early part of the year.
I would tell the recruiters your POV (not looking to leave now) but if you are open to it, you are happy to have a conversation with them. Who knows, you might be interested. As long as you are upfront and transparent. You don’t want to burn a potential connection for when you do want to leave. And at the same time when you want to leave, there might not be recruiters looking. So it’s a tough call sometimes. Good luck!
It could depend on the agency on who they have you meet with. As an account person I’ve interviewed with other account, creative, strategy etc. Whereas I’ve rarely interviewed a CD candidate. Or if you have to go though multiple teams who are looking for people. Your recruiter or coordinator should let you know WTF is going on.
The best time to leave your job is before you hate it so much you feel like you “have to.” Take the interviews. If you get an offer, say you’re on the fence. You’ll have the leverage and they may throw you a $ number you can’t refuse. Or they don’t and no harm.

Can you send them my way? Haha
IMO it’s almost always worth the conversation. Even if all that comes from it is you get better at talking to recruiters.
Always be transparent up front. It's a small industry, so even if you're not looking confirming a response and direction goes a long way

Always take the meeting. Can’t hurt.
Take the interview, it’s always much less stressful interviewing when you’re not pressed to find a position. I take the interviews anyway for the connections and to see what I’m worth to other places. Also... never assume you’re good enough to make the final round.
Always say yes to a conversation. You be surprised what some of these agencies are offering, and what you can negotiate. Even beyond salary.
