Anyone been to lisbon Portugal lately?
Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.
Tik tokers, this is for you

I find it worthwhile to set aside a few hours during long hols to check emails. Comma only, no deep work. Set delayed send on any emails from your aide, know that when you return you’re loosely on top of things rather than returning to an inbox of potential land mines
Hope you find a much better sitch in the new year OP and coping strategies in the meantime
I’ve done that, it’s really useful but now I’m dreading all the replies
Also realize that just because it's a new year, you aren't coming back to anything new. You will make it through everything that awaits the same way you always have during every new month, week, day. Worrying will only hinder your enjoyment of your time off. Enjoy these next couple days.
I think the above advice is great. To add on to that if you know there is nothing you can contribute to improve on your current work environment or work/life balance it is worth it to keep looking in the meantime. We all have tough seasons where you have to stick it out in the best jobs, but if you have tried to implement changes to improve your work/life balance then it is valuable to know your worth and know there is life after your current employer. Good luck to you!
Was in a very similar situation where I was burn out and in a toxic work environment. Left a few weeks ago, feel free to DM if it might be helpful!
