Hey Guys,
I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

The freelancing may not be helping you right now, but it's not the main issue. I know people who have been unemployed and job hunting for over a year and having no luck. There are extremely few jobs out there so hundreds, even thousands of people are applying for a single open position (which may or may not exist, because companies posting ghost jobs is a real issue). The job market is so bad right now and everyone is struggling :(
Almost any hospice company will hire and train you! What state are you in?
Keep fighting the good fight, and I hope your health issues are behind you. There are plenty of jobs out there and the economy IS growing, but just not in all parts of the country or in all fields of employment. Clinical jobs are strong, but the "behind-the-scenes" jobs in healthcare -- the office jobs, housekeeping, food service -- not so much. People lucky enough to have those jobs aren't letting go at the rate of what most call the "health care professionals" are. Another factor is that old adage that "It's easier to get a job if you have a job." If you've been out of the rat race of hired labor for a few years, it is hard to break back in. You are not an "entry level" employee with your diploma still in your hand and you aren't a shark with a decade of success at another company that can bring your special skills to the new employer. There are jobs out there that fit your skills. Write all of your skills down and then evaluate what areas -- not necessarily health care -- need those skills.
Thanks, for the advice. :)
What the Pandemic provided, besides, pain, suffering, and unfortunately death for many, was an opportunity, out of needing to survive. Hundreds of businesses, were launched, out of the Pandemic, so if ur able to go back to school, get certified, etc., then look at this fm., à différent standpoint. This may be ur opportunity to start a Non, or, For Profit Business, Program, or System. Then possibly, u can go back to companies ur familiar with and elevate their business. Hmmmnnn...Food for Thought. Praying u'll soon find employment again.
U bet. We're all here to provide support. Thku.
Try temp agencies !! They may have work for you
Yes, I’m currently in the same place that you are. Been out of work for almost 3 years due to my health. I have applied everywhere had a couple of interviews but no luck so far. I have been in the healthcare field for over 26 years but being away for so long I’m sure is not helping. I’m just going to keep trying until something happens. I have re-enrolled in school with hope that this will help if nothing else I can get certified.
Thanks for the advice. I was thinking the same thing about going back to school.
OP I hate to be the one to tell you this but the job market right now is horrible. This is definitely not a good time to be trying to jump back into the workforce which is probably why you have had such a hard time finding something. I would definitley recommend networking and trying to get a referral if you can.
