Also I wouldn’t over complicate breakfast, if you can bagel, tomatoes, eggs etc, if you’re really stressed, just have a bagel, get the rest of your good food from lunch or dinner when you can, potentially try online food shop and have them same stuff come each week if you really don’t want to think about it but a lot of this is trail and error, good luck, I’ve been when you’re at and most of the time you minds in a hole you think you don’t have time to cook a nutritious meal when ironically, if you forced yourself to you will likely feel better for it and be able to think more clearly and be less stressed
Try Factor 75 meals. They’re delivered frozen but they’re so good and way healthier than fast food or tv dinners.

2 scoops of protein powder
3 fruits of choice
Spinach etc optional
100ml of milk
Peanut butter/Nutella for flavour

Absolutely! I’ve opted to making my breakfast the night before and having my lunch pail packed in the fridge so the only thing I have to do in the morning is get dressed. Much less stress, good luck!

Try to have “cheat meals” that are still healthy oriented, IE burgers with low fat content / low cal buns
Or high protein oriented in some way, for example: I will take chopped chicken breast and put it on a frozen pizza to make the macros better lmao.
I’m in your same boat, but try to make small changes to comfort food to make them healthier but still gives you that satisfaction

At the end of the day playing games with friends and my kid even feels like work.
