Anyone else taking strict Covid precautions with their kid(s) and worried about them not having kid to kid interaction for so long?

We use my parents for daycare but they're at risk so that means no other people outside of the bubble. Curious how common this is and what strategies people have

What agencies do you think are the most supportive of women and families? i.e parental leave, work hours, etc

Last year when Covid broke, I received a couple of interview calls but ignored them as I felt the organization kept me at work when other companies cut short their HR staff so I should be with them even if with no appraisal. But now, I was living in the fool's paradise when I am told to leave with no job offers in hand, car and home loan, dependent parents, expecting jobless spouse with a 3-year old kid.

Advice or Book recommendations on how not to get bothered by others/ friends/ peers? What they think or what they do!

I am 25 years old with in hand salary of 1L(just from last month) and i want to buy a term insurance plan. My questions are:
1. Is it wise to take 2 plans of term insurance one with return of 60 years and another without return of 80 years of each 1cr.
2. Is it wise to include health riders in insurance plan to claim for 80d or just chose health insu
3. How much one can ideally shell out for insurance per month (both term and health) for self in terms of percentage of monthly income.

My mom visited India for 2 months and got stuck there due to COVID. Can she apply for unemployment while she’s in India? Her company has reduced of hours due to COVID also. Please advice. Appreciate it

My mother in law got scammed by a con artist from the UK online and lost $7K (damn you Facebook!)

Her status in the US is currently complicated and she doesn’t have a green card(tho she’s working on it), my wife(her daughter) is American.

I want to report this to the FBI’s elder fraud department but I don’t want to complicate her situation even more.

Does anyone know if criminal stuff like this and immigration related things are separated?

Hi , I am 48 and from India, recently after covid i had to switch my career from manufacturing to IT. i underwent training in Salesforce for an year and then fortunately got recruited and its been now more than a year in Salesforce plus my 17+ year experirence in manufacturing.
