For Indian folks who know the wait for green card is some ridiculous number of years, why don't people get an L1 visa and get a green card faster that way? I'm very curious about that route vs H1B

Hi! I’ve started Green Card process at my firm. Both me and my spouse are working on an H1B visa. Can I / Should I be including her on my application as a dependent? If not, then what would be her path to Green Card through my status.

Does it make a difference for EB1-C green card whether I am on OPT or on L1A visa?

Hi fishes, I joined infosys as manual tester in trade finance domain at 3 Lpa now after almost 2 years of experience I have offer from tcs for 4 Lpa and quality kiosk for 7.5 lpa. Tcs offered me a developer role while quality kiosk offered me the same role in Testing with trade finance domain. Tcs refused to renegotiate the salary even a little.
