Anyone flown recently and needed to show proof of a covid test? Flying American to California for the week and need to know if this Chicago order is being enforced

Did this same leg last week to LA (non-work trip) and did not have to present anything at departure or upon arrival in either state. Double check county guidance in CA though because that varies widely.

I flew in Dec (chicago to bos) and did not have to show anything. I did get tested before my flight just in case

I’ve traveled to Boston, South Carolina and Florida and no one requested a test. Had the test handy just in case though

Travelled to SF in Jan and no testing requirement then. Things change though so check the airlines website or call to confirm.

I flew for work and took a COVID test but had to pay out of pocket

The f! You should expense it back to the company!

Advice and/or consolation anyone? My wife and I (both above average health 30year olds) were trying for 11 months before getting pregnant and then had a week 5 early miscarriage a few months back. If the stress and surprise of just how difficult it apparently is to get pregnant wasn’t enough, the miscarriage put us over. We got back to it and have been trying for the last 2 months again, still no luck. We’re freaking out… all we want is a family. Any similar stories? Advice? 😢
