Anyone from PA Consulting? Have just had my final partner interview last friday PM. How long should I expect a response from the HR whether I'll have an offer or not?

Etiquette Question: firm is flying me out for 3 days for final interview/meet team/explore city. If offer is accepted, I must relocate to said city (which is fine). Tips for etiquette when being “flown out” by a firm? Itinerary includes tour of city and exploring local dining scene with associates, etc. Many thanks in advance!

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no. Did i miss the chance ?
