I have also been considering berberine, but my research found there are too many unanswered questions. I am "pre-diabetic," and am trying not to "get promoted." I see a lot of anecdotal praise for berberine, but other sources say research into possible beneficial results are "inconclusive." It warns of side effects like nausea, but I have a pretty tough constitution so that doesn't bother me much. I may end up trying it for a few months just to see what happens, but I really don't like spending money on unproven supplements that promise a flatter stomach and only produce a flatter wallet.

I’m with you on that I’ve been considering as well. The other issue is what brand , all these brands market themselves as the best but are they really ! I do love proven supplements and this one is a big question mark.
