Anyone have any tips for moving from Non IB Finance into Consulting? Also about two semesters away from finishing MBA… any advice welcome!

I’m an introvert in strategy consulting, working in US, born in India. I find it difficult to host client meetings - how to drive conversation, fill in the pauses, and help drive the group move towards next steps consensus. It’s not that I don’t know how, it’s that I doubt myself, and my language skills.
