I had a great experience with USAA but not sure about any others!
That's ok, thanks for sharing.
I had a great experience with Veterans United, but they sold my loan to Freedom Mortgage a couple years later. Freedom has been fine but the amount of advertising stuff I get from them is a LOT. Didn't have that problem with Veterans United.
Hey, I used to work there. One, tell them you read about the privacy policy and you would like to be removed from all advertising communications. They can do it on your profile while on the phone. Also, try to see if you can do it online to get it done.
Rocket Mortgage gave me the best rate for my IRRRL. I had shopped around and USAA wasn't competitive.
I had a great experience with Veterans United last year. Happy to refer the mortgage officer I had, lmk.
I shopped around the discount mortgage places , and Veterans United reduced their rate to match
Where you at? If in CA, I had a great experience with Reliance Financial. Did my house and refi through them.

Go for the lowest rate. Service isn't going to move the needle vs the $ savings and half of them sell the mortgage anyways. Search rates on zillow, apply with the lowest ones there + local credit unions. Veterans united was way too high for me a year ago.
