Seeking advice regarding salary negotiations for vehicle wear and tear (In my current role we have fleet vehicles). I have received an offer from ByteDance in Singapore. They are giving 107400 SGD as base pay, 26000 SGD as yearly bonus and 62000 SGD RSUs.

I would like to get opinion from all of you whether the offer from ByteDance is better than I have in Zalando considering high cost of living in Singapore.

Should I negotiate the compensation with ByteDance?

Need comp advice- strange scenario. I just started part time recruiting at an asset management co in NY. I work remote in NJ. I asked for 110 and they gave $55/hr which equates to 115 (they added 5 more because I’m pt and don’t get benefits- which is fine for now). I’m 31 years old with 7 years experience in the field and should be at a VP level. I don’t get a bonus or a sign on. What should I negotiate comp to be when I go full-time?
