Hi Fishes, I am working as an IC in QA role with more than 15 years of experience, not getting good hikes and currently having 27.20 lakh INR, which I think its too low as per my experience range. Cons: Kind of back end work sometimes

EY-Parthenon:

Cons: Heard culture isn't great, Not that much variety in projects

I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours.
