Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but this can’t be fun

Yes. Finish it as quickly as possible. You cannot build teams via Zoom. You can maybe just sustain already well-functioning teams. (As so many of us are observing). But you’d annoy build new ones this way. So from the pretense. There is no Zoom “happy hour” or team activity that has actual impact.

Yes.
Don’t do it.
I did a virtual room escape game with a bunch of friends today and it was super fun. I’m not usually a huge fan of forced social activities with coworkers, but if I were doing one, a room escape game is something I can get excited about.
Codenames if you have 4 people
Jackbox.tv games. There’s one where you try to guess who the aliens are. A murder mystery game. And trivia. Quite interactive and allow you to let go. But they will cost money to buy.

Explain your favorite movie badly. For example, “dude hates that his sister and dad are into another guy “. Everyone writes an answer on a piece of paper (Gladiator), count to three, and everyone shows. Person who guesses right gets a point, if no one guesses correctly, the speaker gets the point. Everyone goes around once, person with the most points wins.
We did a scavenger hunt around the house that went pretty well. Teams of two, 10 minutes to look for household items and then spent the rest of the time sharing what we found and scoring.
Something like this sounds fun. It gets you away from the screen.
Drawasaurus.com is great
Please God don’t make me do a scavenger hunt
