Should I quit to my current manager(5th so far) or wait after mid year performance review, when a new boss will take over my team? I'm thinking on giving them 2 months notice period. Holiday Season - at my former company, around this time of year I would have already gotten a ton of gift baskets etc. - not something I would ever take home but open up for the team and leave out. How do you manage the stress and anxiety around billables? I feel like there’s no happy medium. You’re either smashing your targets but stressed and overwhelmed with the workload or you’re anxious that you’re not hitting targets. The job would be so much more enjoyable without them!

Lots of right wing hysteria about liberals trying to engineer equality of outcome to correct sexual/racial inequities (in higher ed, for example). I think we all want socioeconomic, gender and racial barriers to opportunities to be addressed, but no significant number of people really believe in equality of outcome right? Really kind of shocking that management would bring in three pretty conservative speakers. I mean, we know where Rob and they stand, but I thought MYJourney was about building us up as leaders and finding what makes us happy and succeed, not just throwing politics right in our face.
