A BCG recruiter ghosted me after she reached out to schedule an interview. How long should I wait before following up? What is the common courtesy to give to ppl at BCG. I don’t wanna come off as too aggressive but I really need to get this interview set as there are other pending confirmations Boston Consulting Group

I can answer it. All stocks are granted at once, but vested over 4 years. 25% vest at end of first year and then remaining vest every 3 months proportionally.
I1 - does intuit grant annual RSU refreshers? What is the typical percent of initial grant for refreshers?
I've heard they have a generous stock plan but I don't know the details. Hopefully someone else can help you out.
Interesting, that's definitely on the higher end than what I'm used to hearing. Curious to see what folks come up with.
Sounds like they don't know how things work....I'd reach out to someone other than a recruiter. Sometimes they are contract/independent and don't really know the company rules
Or otherwise ask them to get some more clarity
They grant them immediately and then they vest over 4 years. The percentage vested each year depends on how much you get. You either vest equally over 4 years or it’s a percentage every 3 months. Usually they’ll offer you RSUs when you get hired and then they give them at year-end. The amount you get always varies year to year. It’s not a set percentage of your salary like a bonus would be.
