Anyone here ever late to a zoom/teams meeting? What do you think about people starting the meeting super early (5-10 minutes)? I generally arrive 1 minute before my scheduled meetings.

I don't have a people who join super early, as long as the meeting isn't starting early. I'll come usually right on time, sometimes people have started chatting about personal things and I like that, I feel like it sets the right tone.

I see. Thank you for your feedback!

I show up exactly on time, regardless of how early other people start showing up to the meeting. If I have a meeting scheduled then I already have made plans for what my day is going to look like before that time, so I have to stick to it.

That’s me too. I show up on time. I have enough on my plate already.

I always at least start logging in 10 minutes early in case of technical difficulties. I'm also one of those people who arrives early to everything so it's just a habit at this point. Nothing peeves me more than people who are late to remote meetings. Like come on... what are you gonna blame? Traffic? Lol

I’ve been late a few times due to computer/network issues too.

I tend to log in a little early just to make sure everything is working fine. Especially if it's with Zoom, I went through a period when Zoom always seemed to think it had to do an update before I could use it. I like not having to show up for meetings in person, but to be honest, sometimes the computer meetings are more annoying, just in different ways.

Does your team use Teams at all? We only use Zoom for specific calls and I hate it!

If no, then will it be good enough for 3 people to lead a decent life in London (Like Hounslow or Milton Keyes) including a 2 year old kid. Traveling to London on daily basis.
If yes, then kindly suggest a reasonable salary range for this role.

I’m married, and one of my coworkers flirts with me. Nothing super overt, but definitely not professional. It is mostly just odd I’m not super offended, but I’m also clearly uninterested!

It’s very discouraging to continuously receive these rejection emails. With 9 years of supply chain experience, I am not sure why I would not be able to at least get an interview for entry level roles that require no experience. Not just this one pictured but others as well. I’ve applied to maybe 60 positions since May, both mid level and “entry” and no interviews. I’ve had my resume professionally re-written twice. Not sure where the disconnect is. Anyone else going through this same thing?
