Anyone here work at Chick Fil A or a similar large company as a contractor? I have an interview and I'm excited about the role but the listed rate would be a pay cut for me after considering the loss of insurance and vacation. I'm not sure how negotiable the rates are. I currently make 95k and the listed hourly rate goes up to $47. To hit 50% above my salary (Googled the guideline for salary vs contract) I'd need $68 but worry asking for that would get me rejected. Thoughts?

How do you find motivation in a company that doesn’t give bonuses for those that aren’t a partner level?

Anyone lateraled at the 2-4 year mark from boutique (40ish lawyers, corporate lit work on same level as biglaw, making top NY pay) to v100? Can you say anything about the experience? The reason I’m considering is while boutique is generally a good place for me as an associate (NY pay, reasonable WLB, good experience on many fronts) there’s basically zero shot at making partner.

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
