I'd look at Glassdoor but they do work in an uplift model with Consultant earning up to 63k base and SC to 69k so I'd assume Manager would be around 75k.

Uplift model ?

Hmm I dunno, would need someone from there to advise on that

Managing Consultant or Manager grade ? Cognizant consulting doesn’t have a manager grade they have a varying SC grade which is similar to manager responsibilities at B4 and then Managing consultant which is similar to SM.

They say it is though how true that is I don’t know. Depends what is more important to you…. I know people for example who didn’t want to move from SC to SC as it felt like a lateral move without the title.

Managing consultant, senior manager grade.

I have been offered Manager(SC) at Cognizant consulting at £ 70k. Did you accept the offer? Is it worth it?

Depends if title or £ is important to you….

I am more concerned about the work culture and growth opportunities

Need some advice, please tell me what you would do / what you recommend I do. Have an offer that is a 50% pay increase from my current role. I’ve only been at my current firm for 10 months and was in my previous role 11 months. The jumps are easily explainable and this new role is as close to my “dream” role as it’ll get. Torn between accepting or staying bc of the job hopping.

Looking to move on from current role however bonus/pay review period in 6 months (base jump likely to be around 10%). Is it better to wait to get the bump then negotiate off that for next role or start looking for roles now and accept if can find a jump of 15-20%? (understand that it might be possible to negotiate sign on to compensate for missed bonus). Any generic rule of thumb / insights that have helped ppl? Do you disclose when you were promoted on your CV? I’ve been as a assistant manager for over a year but have just been ‘promoted’ to manager. Have been doing the same role for the entire time… only thing that changed was my official role title. Do I need to split this out into two roles on my CV?

Would ideally like to keep as one optically to avoid having to ‘spend more time in the manger role’… as I’ve been doing that role for a year now and keen to move on!

Thanks in advance and Merry Xmas!
