I got an offer from Deloitte India for consultant role.
I am having 2 YOE in SAP MDG. They are offering me 10.35 lpa CTC [9 LPA FIXED].
Is it fine or should I negotiate more?
Also I have offer from Accenture with 8 lpa fixed + 21% variable and 60k joining bonus.
Which is better to join Deloitte india or Accenture?

Need some advice, please tell me what you would do / what you recommend I do. Have an offer that is a 50% pay increase from my current role. Looking to move on from current role however bonus/pay review period in 6 months (base jump likely to be around 10%). Is it better to wait to get the bump then negotiate off that for next role or start looking for roles now and accept if can find a jump of 15-20%? (understand that it might be possible to negotiate sign on to compensate for missed bonus). Any generic rule of thumb / insights that have helped ppl? Leaning towards staying until bonus/pay review period at present. Thanks.

Currently at a boutique consultancy (of a larger industry firm) specialising in public sector/defence and started a graduate role last September. However have just been offered a promotion and 50% raise with Deloitte. Would it be bad to jump so soon?

Do you disclose when you were promoted on your CV? I’ve been as a assistant manager for over a year but have just been ‘promoted’ to manager. Have been doing the same role for the entire time… only thing that changed was my official role title. Do I need to split this out into two roles on my CV?

Would ideally like to keep as one optically to avoid having to ‘spend more time in the manger role’… as I’ve been doing that role for a year now and keen to move on!

Hi, can anyone share some information on how final stage interviews (for a senior consultant role) with a senior director/partner usually go? I was told it was a ‘confirmatory call’ - are they usually a full structure interview or more of an informal chat to make sure you would fit at the organisation?
