I haven't had anything like that on my radar before your post, but now that you mention it, it is a core element of our work. I think we could circle back and hash this out offline so we can have our ducks in a row before we follow-up with any clients. Do you have the bandwidth to do a deep dive into the literature data? I don't think we need to boil the ocean, but I don't want to get caught with our pants down later. After all, we're just trying to move the needle, so let's take a step back since our North Star hasn't changed.

An older book I think called "Dangerous Company" talks about some legendary Consulting fails. Good stuff. For the more positive end i recommend "Clients for Life".
