I can't speak to the salary, but bonus is usually 20-40%. It's pretty awesome.
Everyone I know is happy with their comp and benefits. It’s unthinkable.
Pay is not transparent - salary is really based on your previous experience and not necessarily for your grade. I would venture to guess that SVP start at 150K and Directors start at 200K (though I’m sure there are plenty of SVPs at 200K+). Bonus amount ^ sounds right for an avg performer. I had a good year last year and got more than 40%
What is the title hierarchy at alex? Are they a partnership?
Consultant, VP, SVP, Director, MD. But title honestly doesn't matter, everyone does everything on a project. I'm not sure about the partnership part. I just know the MDs probably make money like partners.
MDs are equity partners. We have ~ 100 MDs globally and are partly PE owned
