I’ve noticed that even when I include a specific request or call to action, that my emails receive a response less than 50% of the time. Is this lack of responsiveness indicative of company culture or more about the culture of recruiting, since they receive so many emails? Thoughts? I am currently a Senior Consultant in KPMG Australia’s human capital advisory function - however I have been recently offered a role with Accenture Australia’s human capital advisory function as an ‘Associate Manager’ with a 15K salary bump and an enticing bonus structure - with some very cool clients that they mentioned to me in their interview round.
