72k + 7% bonus + WFH permanently

Or

90k hybrid 2-3 days in the office. (20min drive now however I am moving an 1.5 hours away)

The 90k is also a new team so a lot of growth opportunity while the 72k is well established team. If this matters at all.

Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. I’ve worked twice as hard and feel like I’ve barely even gotten half as much. Partners: I’m a sr. associate managing multiple cases without a whole lot of oversight. A few of the cases I am managing are very large, very fast, and very contentious. I try to be as immersed in the details as I can, but can’t know everything. I rely on others to give me accurate and actionable facts.
