Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

Hi,
I have joined ACTI a month back in Kolkata in L9. I wanted to opt for Company Car Lease policy just to save TAX but finding it too complicated.
I had raised queries to payrole and they have replied with a suggestion to think twice before opting for this benifit.
What do you all suggest, who have already opted for it?Accenture

If you are looking outside of EY as well, consider Crowe. Banking is our bread and butter, very specialized in financial services. Happy to chat if exploring more options. Good luck!

What level would I be a candidate for? And would you happen to know the pay range?
I don’t know the salary range for either level. But they’re going to try and bring you in at SC - 4-5 years of experience is a pretty accelerated manager. And speaking as someone who made the lateral jump recently from ACN to EY at the manager level EYs expectations at level are a bit higher.
Recommendation is for you to define how much you’d be comfortable with salary wise to make the jump knowing that you might want some time to adjust into the firms culture and expectations and have that conversation with the recruiter
I am SC at 115k in lcol maybe like 10-12% bonus for high performers
