Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Will my offer get reverted?Cognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture

For the 2020 summer class it was 80k if I remember correctly so I would guess around 90k now
May not be super helpful but thought I’d set the floor of 80k in hopes that was at least somewhat helpful :)
Edit: am dumb, this is for associate not AC my apologies
Ok. I know what ZS salaries are and I know what other firms are offering. It varies by person for sure. From what I have seen, ZS is lowest. Believe me or not it doesn’t matter
I came in at AC ..$135 k after negotiation( including cola)…just got promoted to Consultant. I am glad I did not ask for consultant level instead of AC…would have failed miserably. Consultant in ZS is equal Deloitte Manager. In fact first year Deloitte M should also go for AC (just saying )
Congrats on your promotion and thanks for sharing the comp info☺️. What’s your YOE? Was it in consulting?
My advice for you: ask for C, if you are an experienced hire.
I didn’t, and now I’m paying for my mistake
Hey ZS1 me too!
AC as an external hire is 120-130k iirc
@ZS1. That’s a call which they will make and based on my experience. You need to have a minimum 5 yoe to even have a shot at C. Even that is tricky because generally for experienced hire, they’re reluctant to directly put you at C unless you have a relevant experience for the position you’re applying to.
