Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

That is against policy - regular commute isn’t reimbursed. (Unless you are traveling and need to use Uber to get to client site)
Why in the he!! would we want to pay for you to get to work in the morning when every other B4 employee treats it as a personal expense. Cmon Man
I think if you use pool express you might be able to pay with pretax commuter card
I think you could build a case that you don’t feel safe walking near and around the office building. I remember them covering the cost if you had to work late and were afraid to walk home at night.
I know we can have it covered if we are having to leave really late and don’t feel safe, so potentially during busy season could pull this off for at least one day every day
Morning commute would not be covered, but if working late and you don't drive to work (i.e. public transportation, walk) then you can expense and Uber home.
Nope no ride home either The only thing covered is secondary transportation to client sites. You pay for getting to work and getting home
KPMG 1 is right
