Anyone taken bereavement for a miscarriage? It’s not our first but this one is hitting me abnormally hard. I know I can use PTO but it feels wrong to do PTO when grieving time is needed.

One of my queries is regarding the Medical Insurance. As per the offer letter it mentions "Mediclaim Scheme with Floater Option of Self + 3 or Self + 5 with/without parents. " : INR. 150,000/- to INR. 3,000,000/- 
Does this mean that without paying extra, the med insurance is just 1.5L?
