I have ADHD and so I work best in sprints. One day will be hyperproductive and I'll get most of the week's work done, and the next day, I'll be able to only do emails and meetings. Does anyone else struggle with this? How do you handle the expectation that you do 1/5 of the week's work each day vs loading it up on hyperfocus days?

Therapy Scheduling Issues - I love my therapist but they are not able to schedule sessions on the weekend or Friday evening and I’ve missed 7/10 last sessions scheduled due to last minute work stuff. How long after a failed transfer does your stomach and body feel like it’s back to normal? It’s been a little over a week since I got the news that my transfer a few weeks ago didn’t work.
