Is 128k a fair base salary for Consultant in Deloitte Analytics & Cognitive. MS CS and about 3 yrs experience. In one of the fastest growing but midtier tech cities in the US.

First round cleared in november 2021, then HR called after 2 months for second round in Jan 22, now discusses the salary after 2-3 weeks and then again says to get back.

I have about a years experience. Any idea what I should expect? I know there’s a base and obviously bonus + commission but I don’t know the split %.
