NEED A PROPER SUGGESTION / GUIDANCE
I'm a fresher candidate, I'm currently working at Xoriant Solutions as a software engineer with 5LPA package. I got it through off campusing. I have got 2 more offers from college placement, first one is SENIOR ANALYST at Capgemini with 7.5LPA and second one is SOFTWARE DEVELOPER at Hitachi with 9 LPA.
Which company should i join as a fresher to have a proper growth or a good role in future ?
Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.

I did years ago and recently moved back to NYC. Was in Philly for 7 years.
Depends what you're looking for. Lots of small shops that do amazing work in branding and graphic design like 1 Trick Pony and Quaker City Mercantile.
Traditional ad places are sparce. Red Tettemer is you're best bet there, though the hours are rough.
LOTS of pharma work. Money is good there. PR shops are mostly crisis management and not "creative."
I would say overall the hours are typically 9-6 but depends on the agency and quality of work.
Payscale is lower, but so is the cost of living. I was making 73k now at 100k in ny. ACDs were around 110 to 125. Can't speak to account.
Happy to answer any other specific questions.
I’m in Philly now. Was in SF before. The work is regional, though not terrible, and there are places to avoid. The money is here if you ask.
I’d love to work in Philly but it’s like no place has Planning/Strategy at the senior level.
Sounds like there are more client side opportunities than agency.
This might be the most repetitive thread on fishbowl - lot of us had this one Philly thought :)
Only if I can search for these threads.
Have not seen a thread asking about Philly in many months, usually all about L.A. and SF, or Chicago.
Was in Philly for 7 years, but 7 years ago. Love the town, no current info on shops, but correct about pharma and cost of living.
