What does comp look like for PE ops associates?

I work in US Tax and had an experience of 3 year. Had got an offer of 14Lpa in another big4,but still don't feel like continuing in US Tax. As taxation is something I do feel like I don't want to make a career anymore, because of work life balance & also as it specialised. Please suggest other option worthy to make a career shift. You guidance will be extremely helpful. My highest qualification is M.com.

Unshakable Self-Confidence by Billy Atwell is a great one suggested to me by a friend after I opened up to them regarding my experience with imposter syndrome. Another one of my favorites that tackles general mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing is After Sunset hosted by Sille Lund and Sissel Boe. It feels like you're just talking to your big sisters. Other than that, good on you for considering therapy. I wish you the best!
Hey there! I'm currently listening to The Imposter Syndrome Files and the Imposter Syndrome Terminator. I'm also going through the same situation.
Hugs to you. It’s tough! Thank you for these resources. I hope you are finding them helpful to you! Looking these up now! Thanks!

Interesting read. And I do feel there is definitely merit to this, but also as a self-diagnosed white women, I feel there is truth to my personal struggle in which I am looking for resources. I do love this quite that I will carry with me “ Imposter syndrome directs our view toward fixing women at work instead of fixing the places where women work”. Being in tech, I do feel there is a significant challenge our leadership needs to overcome and of course none of our senior male leaders feel they are biased or are rude/demeaning to women. I am glad I am in a new role where I have more respect, but still trying to “undo” the damage from years in my previous role (wish I would have left sooner!!!).

Don’t rely on company resources. Find your own. If this is something you struggle with regardless of where you work then it’s worth it to find a therapist out side of company resources. Changing environments may not always be the answer if you move on to another company and still feel this way. Then it’s a deeper issue
I agree with CBA1. While getting resources from other people would be helpful, I think getting the right one based on what you really need is the key.
