Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.
Thanks!

Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

I liked the Weber NY office, I ended my tenure there about 5 years ago but it was pretty legit back then. Definitely better than Edelman!
I liked working at Weber, that was about 3 years ago and at a different office. However I do know a lot of the folks in the NY hq office and all around seemed like a good place to work.
there are some REALLY BAD apples here & if you’re stuck with them, then you’re really shit out of luck.
Typical agency, but I was a boomerang, so it was good enough to come back. I was in HC
I work there now, I really enjoy it and business is going well. Strong leads and a good culture of respect.
i’m capable of both, thanks. yes, some of the biggest issues at weber personally for me is because of a certain poc, but it’s an exception. i can complain & still engage leadership about the ongoing need for diversity & the lack of support the agency gives to poc.
welcome to my ted talk!
I’ve heard good things from forms who work there. They love the culture, approachable senior leadership and working on big clients.
Oddly, enough I hear the opposite and I’m under a holding company, too. People I talk to admire what Andy, Gail and Judith have created at Weber. If you’re experience is that bad, I’d change who you’re surrounding yourself with in the agency.
It’s fine. They do well in awards season, generally have great c-suite executive leadership and the work life balance is fine. That said, all the digital work was very basic-level and I got tired of working with brands who lacked general ethics.
it’s very basic influencer work. we share & use the same influencers over & over & over again. & i feel like the digital team works a lot of pharma which is a big no no industry. they used to work on the u.s. army account when it was ours too. smh!
some teams are great, some teams are rigid. stay away from any AB team if you want a life!! direct managers are a hit or a miss.
