If you’re overweight losing weight and getting down to a healthy size can help a lot with sleep apnea.
I do! It’s definitely not fun to have and I totally understand how uncomfortable/embarassing it feels, especially to have it affecting a partner 😔 it’s a real condition and important to treat so you feel - and sleep - better first and foremost, and I hope your partner is supporting you through it! Have you gone to see someone or started treatment?
I see a sleep specialist and tried using a CPAP but wasn’t good at being consistent, so I’m about to try a new kind of device. My partner and I, for the most part, sleep separately too because both of us can get the sleep we need without disturbing one another (he also snores but doesn’t have apnea).
