Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

Previously spent about 6 years there - half as an IC, half as a sales manager. Gov team is well-regarded internally. Role is pretty straight forward with little need for any expertise - you ask challenging questions to uncover issues, connect them with an internal SME. Capture value to support your case for renewal. Multi-year commitments with Gov aren’t possible (AFAIK), compared to the rest of the org who sells 3-year commits. Targets are very realistic - likely the highest ratio in the sales industry for those hitting target. Growth will depend on your team. Annual review and in-role promotions are routine.
