Are any pharma companies offering remote work? I've been on the agency side for 20 years in a project management role and now looking to find a role within a marketing team.

I was told a position is expected to return to the hybrid mode and not 100% remote eligible. Has anyone successfully negotiated a role labeled this way to become fully remote?

What shitty policy few organizations are having to call people down to office to pick laptop? Even in wfh scenario. How is that efficient?
