Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

The new company I’m at now sent me an email from an email address that was HR@companyName.careers saying I was accepted for the position. They gave me paperwork to fill out and sign to accept the position
I fill out the paperwork and send it back to them and it goes through… then a few days later I go back to the email to say something else and I get this…?
Then today I got a check from the company In the mail to setup my home office, and it’s signed by someone I’ve never met before or heard of…?
What…..

Anyone in FAANG cyber willing to refer?

I really like Entegee for more tech/engineer roles. They're specifically focused in staffing roles and a lot of firms will go to them for staffing rather than post a job on LinkedIn themselves.
I mean theres a huge issue with tech right now. Lots of them aren't hiring and even more have freezes.
I think some staffing agencies are great...others not so much! Some are just churning stuff out, but others really do take the time to source the right person. It's an art picking the right agency!
Yes, some staffing agencies specialize in placing candidates in tech jobs and have established relationships with top companies in the industry. It's important to do your research and find an agency that has a good reputation in the tech industry and a track record of successfully placing candidates in roles that match their skills and experience.
Working with a staffing agency can have its advantages, such as having access to job openings that may not be publicly advertised and having a recruiter who can provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process. However, it's important to remember that the agency is ultimately working on behalf of the employer, not the candidate.
Applying directly with the employer can also have its benefits, such as being able to learn more about the company culture and potentially having more direct communication with the hiring manager. It's also important to note that some companies may not work with staffing agencies at all and only accept direct applications.
